If a passenger does not show up for the flight without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued as per airline policy.

In case the airline cancels the flight due to operational reasons or force majeure, passengers are entitled to a full refund or rebooking as per airline policy. Royal Travels will assist in facilitating this process without charging additional service fees.

6. Service Fees

In addition to airline cancellation penalties, Royal Travels may charge a nominal service fee of up to $25 USD or ₹2000 INR per booking for processing cancellations or refund claims.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email our support team at support@royaltravel.online with your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
