Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Royal Travels, we strive to make your travel experience seamless and secure. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking, as it outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, changes, and refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation by User

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, unless otherwise specified by the airline.
• Most airline tickets booked through our platform are non-refundable unless the airline permits cancellation with refund.
• If the fare is refundable, the refund amount will depend on the airline's specific rules, cancellation window, and applicable penalties.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Only bookings marked as refundable at the time of purchase will be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are subject to the fare rules of the airline, including cancellation charges, service fees, and applicable taxes.
• Refunds for payments made by card will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on bank policies.

3. No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not show up for the flight without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued as per airline policy.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Flight date or time changes may be permitted depending on airline terms.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional charges (fare difference + change fee).
• Such changes must be made through our support team or directly via the airline if instructed.

5. Cancellation by Airline

In case the airline cancels the flight due to operational reasons or force majeure, passengers are entitled to a full refund or rebooking as per airline policy. Royal Travels will assist in facilitating this process without charging additional service fees.

6. Service Fees

In addition to airline cancellation penalties, Royal Travels may charge a nominal service fee of up to $25 USD or ₹2000 INR per booking for processing cancellations or refund claims.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email our support team at support@royaltravel.online with your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
